- Cut the 6 plum in small pieces and 3 plum in round shape.
- For compote take a pan put cut plum add all the ingredients and mix well and cook untill it became like jam take cinnamon stick and cloves out of it and let it cool.
- Now take a bowl add ghee sugar milk and baking soda and whisk well untill sugar dissolves
- Take all the dry ingredients and seive
- Now mix dry ingredients into wet mix well then add compote as per need.

- Take a gas oven or cooker put sand or salt then place round shape ring then place baking tin. Bake it in low flame in gas oven for 45min. Or untill it cook properly. Now let it cook completely and then remove from tin.
