- 250 g cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 C condensed milk
- 1 C Horlicks (any malted milk drink powder)

- 1 C flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Red and pink gel food colouring

- Prepare your ingredients and steamer ready. Always steam your cake with ready hot boiling water in the steamer and lid is wrapped in a tea towel.
